Erin Griffiths

Erin Griffiths joined British International Investment (BII) in 2021 and has played a key role in the creation and evolution of BII's future talent programmes. Since joining, she has helped shape and grow the organisation's approach to attracting, developing and retaining emerging talent, supporting the delivery of graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes. Prior to BII, Erin graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Classical Studies and worked within the Resourcing team at John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose, gaining experience across talent acquisition and recruitment.

Bilal Mahmood

Former Head of Legal, Revolut

Bilal Mahmood is a senior banking and fintech lawyer with over 17 years’ experience. Most recently, Head of Legal at Revolut UK Bank, he sat on the Executive Committee through the bank’s full UK licence launch in March 2026 and the product launch of the F1 Audi team and upcoming Revolut Credit Cards. He also built the legal function from scratch, working with a dedicated Legal AI team to embed AI across research, playbooks and agentic tools. Earlier, Bilal held senior roles at Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management and A&O Sherman. Outside work, he is a school governor at The Latymer School, a Policy Advisory Group member at the Future Governance Forum, and has mentored disadvantaged young people in debate for over twenty years.

Throughout his career, André has championed a people-first approach to leadership, combining commercial success with a commitment to developing talent and building high-performing teams. He is also the author of Leadership with Soul, which explores how leaders can unlock human potential, create meaningful connections, and deliver sustainable performance by putting people at the heart of their growth strategy.

Pekka Metsaranta

Pekka Metsaranta is the founder and CEO of Sisua, a transformation consulting company based out of London.  Pekka’s career has taken him through multiple consulting companies (including Big Four and startups), he has delivered dozens of consulting projects across almost all industries and worked in global transformation programmes across the world.  He has built Sisua, an award winning transformation consultancy over the last 8 years bringing together high performing teams and solving complex client problems.
