I started The Training Ground, to help university students and young entrepreneurs develop their business, communication and entrepreneurship skills.

I have spent 30 years in advertising, marketing, film production, and live events for many of the world’s leading companies and brands. My career includes working for Grey London, Y&R, and Virgin Group, setting up Quintessentially Events across Asia, and founding Brilliant Events, LHK Media, and Student Skill Store.

I love developing simulations that enable students to work on real-world problems and explore the complexity of dealing with conflicting stakeholders and media. They encourage students to develop many of the vital skills that will help them thrive when they enter the workplace.
